Another Russian missile attack on Kyiv has claimed more civilian lives. According to the latest information from Ukraine's emergency services, the number of people killed has risen to 10, while 43 others have been injured.

Emergency response teams continue working at multiple impact sites across the city. Rescue workers, firefighters, medical personnel, and volunteers remain on the scene, clearing debris, searching for possible survivors, and assisting affected residents.

The attack caused significant destruction to residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. Damaged homes, shattered windows, and destroyed vehicles once again demonstrate the devastating impact of Russia's continued attacks on Ukraine's civilian population.

Authorities emphasize that rescue operations are still ongoing, meaning the number of casualties may change as additional information becomes available.

Emergency Services Continue Rescue Operations

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) has deployed personnel and specialized equipment to the affected areas. Their priorities include:

  • Searching for people trapped beneath the rubble.
  • Providing emergency medical assistance.
  • Extinguishing fires caused by the strikes.
  • Assessing structural damage to buildings.
  • Ensuring the safety of nearby residents.

Officials urge citizens to follow air raid alerts, avoid damaged areas, and rely on official sources for verified information.

International Concern

Russia's repeated attacks on Ukrainian cities continue to draw international condemnation. Strikes targeting densely populated residential areas have resulted in thousands of civilian casualties since the full-scale invasion began in 2022.

As Kyiv recovers from yet another attack, emergency responders continue their efforts to save lives and support those affected.

Situation Continues to Develop

This is a developing story. Casualty figures and damage assessments may be updated as rescue operations progress and authorities release additional information.

Update: Death Toll Rises to 11 as Rescue Operations Continue

Authorities have confirmed that the death toll from the Kyiv missile attack has increased to 11 people, while rescue operations continue across the capital.

The Podilskyi District suffered the most extensive damage. A residential building experienced a partial structural collapse, with sections destroyed from the ninth to the fifth floor. Emergency crews evacuated 17 residents, while 28 more people were rescued from the upper floors using aerial ladder trucks.

Rescuers are continuing to search for survivors inside a 21-story apartment building, where the collapse affected floors two through five.

Additional damage in the Podilskyi District includes fires on a building's roof and elevator shaft, partial destruction of the roof of a 19-story residential building, multiple vehicles burned in a courtyard, and debris striking the 16th floor of a 25-story apartment building.

In the Darnytskyi District, debris struck the fourth floor of a 25-story residential building. A separate apartment fire spread across approximately 150 square meters, while a nearby garage cooperative also caught fire. At another location in the district, falling debris ignited a blaze on the 23rd to 25th floors of a 30-story residential building.

In the Holosiivskyi District, preliminary reports indicate that a non-residential building caught fire following the attack. Emergency services continue to work at all affected locations, searching for survivors, extinguishing fires, and assessing structural damage.

Officials warn that casualty figures may continue to change as rescue and recovery operations remain underway.

Update: Death Toll in Kyiv Rises to 12

The number of people killed in the Kyiv missile attack has increased to 12, according to the latest official reports. Emergency services continue search and rescue operations at several strike locations across the Ukrainian capital.

Among the injured is an infant less than three months old, highlighting the devastating impact of the attack on civilians.

The most critical situation remains in the Darnytskyi and Podilskyi districts, where Russian missiles struck residential apartment buildings directly. Multiple sections of the buildings collapsed, trapping residents beneath the rubble.

Rescue teams are working around the clock to locate survivors, remove debris, extinguish fires, and stabilize damaged structures. Authorities warn that the number of casualties may continue to rise as emergency operations remain underway.

The attack caused widespread destruction to homes and civilian infrastructure, once again demonstrating the severe humanitarian consequences of Russia's ongoing missile campaign against Ukrainian cities.

Update: Death Toll from Kyiv Missile Attack Rises to 18

Rescue workers have recovered two more bodies from the rubble of a residential building in Kyiv's Darnytskyi District, bringing the death toll from the Kyiv missile attack to 18 people.

Search and rescue operations remain underway as emergency crews continue clearing debris and searching for anyone who may still be trapped beneath the collapsed structures. Authorities caution that the number of casualties could increase as recovery efforts continue.

The Darnytskyi and Podilskyi districts remain the hardest-hit areas, where Russian missiles struck residential apartment buildings, causing extensive structural damage and trapping residents under the rubble.

Emergency responders continue to work around the clock, providing medical assistance, securing damaged buildings, and supporting affected residents. Officials are urging the public to avoid the impacted areas and rely on official sources for verified updates as the situation develops.
