At night, the occupiers attacked a five-story building in Sumy. About one and a half dozen apartments were destroyed, the fire is being extinguished. Emergency services units rescued 10 people, at least 8 residents were injured. Three more people may be among the missing.

Employees of the State Emergency Service carried out the dismantling of damaged and emergency building structures and slabs.
In the mobile "Point of Invincibility" assistance was provided to 276 people. Psychologists of the State Emergency Service and the National Police provided psychological assistance to 60 people.
