The bodies of the capital's prosecutor's office together with the National Police and experts continue to document the consequences of the Russian military aggression on the territory of our city.
Thus, on April 7, 2022, the prosecutors of the Desniansky District Prosecutor's Office of the city of Kyiv, as part of the investigative and operational groups, organized an inspection of the places where the missiles were hit in the Desnyansky district.
Air and rocket attacks since the start of the war have destroyed infrastructure and damaged about 10 homes and cars. The shelling killed two people and injured at least ten, four of whom are in critical condition.
Direct witnesses to these events are also identified and interrogated.
Investigative actions are carried out as part of the investigation of criminal proceedings initiated on the facts of violations of the laws and customs of war, combined with the death of citizens.
