a russian mass missile and drone attack hit Dnipro overnight, striking residential areas in the city center. According to regional officials, two people were killed and 27 others were injured, including children.

Fires broke out across the city following the strikes. Multiple civilian and infrastructure sites were damaged, including four apartment buildings and one private house, an office building, six garages, a nursing home for elderly residents, a technical college, vehicles, and several enterprises.

Emergency services are working at the scene to deal with the aftermath, extinguish fires, and assist the injured.

The number of people killed in Dnipro following a russian missile and drone attack has risen to five, after rescuers recovered the body of a man born in 1952 from under the rubble.

A total of 26 people were reported injured in the attack.

Emergency responders have now completed search and rescue operations at the strike site. Psychologists from emergency services provided assistance to 21 local residents affected by the incident.

The attack caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure, with authorities continuing to assess the full impact.
