The Russian invaders do not give a "green corridor" and the opportunity for volunteers to provide assistance to the population of the Kiev region affected by bombing and shelling, said the head of the Kiev regional state administration Oleksiy Kuleba.
“The seventh day of a full-scale war in Ukraine. At night, the city of Belaya Tserkov and the village of Borodyanka were bombed. In the morning, the shelling of the cities of Irpin and Gostomel continues. A large number of buildings were destroyed. The infrastructure of the village of Dymer has been damaged,” Kuleba wrote in a Telegram.
According to him, “the occupiers do not give either a “green corridor” or an opportunity for volunteers to pass through to help the civilian population.”
