Today, February 28, the Russian occupiers shelled residential areas of Kharkiv with Grad multiple launch rocket systems. As a result of enemy shelling, more than 10 people were killed, according to preliminary data.
It is reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and the State Emergency Service.
"After the last shelling of the city of Kharkov, 31 people were admitted to hospitals with injuries of varying severity," the rescuers said, noting that the number of victims and injured could increase.
The State Emergency Service added that the number of victims will be announced later. At the same time, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Oleg Sinegubov said that at least 11 people were killed under enemy fire.
In total, over the past 24 hours, according to rescuers, 44 wounded were delivered to Kharkov hospitals. Seven people out of the total number of those hospitalized have died.
